Contemporary recordings by Marc Regnier, Lorenzo Micheli, Nirit Ziv-Wexler, and some rare audio recordings by Miguel Llobet himself.

Highlights: A focus on the music of students of Catalan composer Miguel Llobet (1878-1938), including Maria Luisa Anido (1907-1997), Eduardo Sainz de la Maza (1903-1982), and Rey de la Torre (1917-1994), with comments by in-studio guest Stephen Rekas on his decade of guitar study in Spain with these performers and also Emilio Pujol (1886-1980), a student of the legendary Francisco Tarrega (1852-1909). Also Aire vasco by the bliind guitarist/composer Antonio Jimenez Manjon (1886-1919), performed by David Russell.
